MOBILE TICKETING FAQ

Q:    How do I download my mobile/digital ticket to my cell phone wallet?

A:     Using your cellphone - Navigate to BroadwayInHawaii.com and tap on Subscriber Log in" on the upper left.

  • Scroll to the top of the screen and tap on the person icon on the right.
  • From this screen – enter your email address and password.
  • Once you are logged in, select the three bar icon in the top left of the screen.
  • Tap on ‘My Events’ then scroll to your desired show.
  • Tap on your seats under ‘My Tickets’ at the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap ‘Add to [digital wallet]’ under the QR code that appears - this must be done for each ticket you wish to appear in your phone’s digital wallet.

Q:      Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?

A:       No, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted. We highly recommend saving your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arriving at the theatre.

 

Q:      I go with friends/family members, how do I get their tickets to them?

A:      Using your cellphone - Navigate to BroadwayInHawaii.com and tap on "Subscriber Log in" on the upper left. 

  • Scroll to the top of the screen and tap on the person icon on the right
  • From this screen – enter your email address and password.
  • Once you are logged in, select the three bar icon in the top left of the screen.
  • Tap on ‘My Events’ then scroll to your desired show.
  • Tap on your seats under ‘My Tickets’ at the bottom of the screen.
  • Click on ‘Transfer’ and select which seat location you would like to send
  • Complete the information to send tickets - you must have the email address of the person you are sending tickets to.
  • Tap ‘Transfer’ to complete
  • They will receive an email that you've transferred tickets to them.
  • The recipient must follow that link and accept the transferred tickets. They will need to create a Broadway in Hawaii account to receive the tickets (they do not need to purchase Season seats to create an account).
  • The recipient* is now the owner of these seats and can download them to their digital wallet on their phone. (*Please recommend downloading them to their wallet prior to the performance so they don’t have difficulty entering the theater.)

Q:    If I have more than one ticket for the show, do I have to present all tickets at the same time?
A:    Yes. All patrons should enter at the same time using the tickets displayed via your Broadway In Hawaii account on Ticketmaster, Apple Wallet, or Google Pay on your mobile device. If members of your party are arriving separately, then you will need to transfer the ticket they will be used for entry to them via your Broadway In Hawaii account on Ticketmaster. The recipient of the tickets will need to create a Broadway In Hawaii account on Ticketmaster to receive the tickets (they do not need to purchase Season seats to create an account).

 

Q:      I have Jersey Boys tickets that I purchased in 2019-2020. Do my printed tickets still work?

A:       Yes, all tickets for Jersey Boys are valid, unless they’ve been refunded by the original purchaser. These tickets are available via digital/mobile ticket.  


Q:      Do tickets need to be printed to view them in my account via a mobile device?

A:       No. If tickets were already printed, then your Broadway In Hawaii account on Ticketmaster will display the existing barcode. If tickets have not already been printed, then your Broadway In Hawaii account will generate a barcode when the tickets are retrieved.

 

Q:     When I retrieve a ticket using my account via a mobile device, will it invalidate existing tickets that were previously printed?
A:      No. If tickets were already printed, then your Broadway In Hawaii account on Ticketmaster will display the existing barcode via a mobile device.

 

Q:     Can I print my mobile/digital ticket from my desktop computer or tablet?

A:      No, the ticket scanners are unable to scan printed mobile barcodes.

 

Q:     Can I use my tablet to access my tickets at the theatre?

A:      No, the screen is too large and the scanners are unable to scan those barcodes.

 

Q:     If I access my tickets from my account, can I still have them printed at the box office?

A:      No. Tickets retrieved on your mobile device logged into your Broadway In Hawaii account on Ticketmaster will now be considered printed.  The tickets will not be available for pickup at the box office.  You should present the ticket displayed in your Broadway In Hawaii  Account on your mobile device to be scanned for entry at the theatre.

 

Q:     How do I request printed tickets?

A:      Please contact us at our office either by phone at 800.776.7469, or by email at patronservices@americantheatreguild.org, Monday - Thursday, 5a.m. - 11 a.m

 

Q:     How much do printed tickets cost?

A:      The printing fee is $5.00.

 

Q:    What if I log in and cannot see my tickets?

A:     If you are logged into your Broadway In Hawaii account and do not see your tickets or are having issues logging in, please contact us at patronservices@americantheatreguild.org or via phone at 800.776.7469 in advance. We can send your tickets to your mobile device via SMS text if you are having account issues.

 

 

MISC FAQ

Q:        What safety measures are in place at Blaisdell Concert Hall?

A:        Masks are required to be worn by all patrons while in the venue. Other COVID-19 related health protocols may be in effect at the time of performanceWe reserve the right to unilaterally make changes to health protocols according to updated public health guidance and applicable law. Future updates will be provided to ticket holders prior to the performance. Any ticket holder who does not comply with any COVID-19 related health protocol may be required to leave the theater, and his/her ticket will not be refunded. More information here.

 

Q:        Where do I go to get general information, such as: directions to Blaisdell Concert Hall, parking, etc?

A:        Information about accessibility, directions and parking can be found here.

 

Q:        When will I receive my Season Tickets?

A:        New! Season tickets will now be digital, available via your account. Season tickets will no longer be mailed. If you request hard tickets, a fee may apply. Contact the Broadway In Hawaii Series at 800.776.7469, M–Th from 5am–11am CT, for more information.


Q:        How can I confirm that I am not buying tickets from a third-party site?

A:        The official ticket seller for all Broadway In Hawaii shows is TicketMaster. All other websites selling tickets are being sold through a third party for inflated prices, and in many cases, your ticket purchase cannot be guaranteed. When purchasing tickets, look at the address bar of your browser to confirm it indicates TicketMaster. The best way to purchase tickets and learn more about each show is through BroadwayInHawaii.com

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER FAQ


Q:        How do I exchange my seats online?

A:        Only Season Ticket Holders may exchange tickets within the same show. Exchanges will be available later in 2022.  

 

Q:        How do I purchase additional seats online?

A:        Season Ticket Holders will be notified when they have the exclusive opportunity to buy additional tickets.  To buy tickets to the season add-on or additional tickets to a season show, log in to your account and click Buy Tickets

    • Click Select for the event you want to purchase. A seating chart of the theatre will appear.
    • At the top left, you can add (+) or subtract (-) the number of seats you want to purchase.
    • When you highlight a section of the theater, the available seats will appear.
    • Select the seat(s) you want by clicking on them, this will put them in your shopping cart.
    • Hit Continue and Proceed to Checkout. If you want additional tickets, click Continue Shopping.
    • Confirm your contact information, make changes if needed. Click Continue.
    • Select a delivery method- mail or mobile delivery. Click Continue.
    • Select to pay in full or use a payment plan. Select Payment method and enter the card info. Note: If your account has credit, you can choose to apply it towards the payment amount.
    • Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Submit Order.
    • You will receive an email confirmation. Please confirm your order.
